In the spring of 2009, the two founders of Loowi developed their thought of making their own brand toys with distinctive characteristic. Then they signed the cooperation agreement, and started applying for patents, so Loowi came to birth. In the history of toys development gallery, Loowi would engrave its glistening figure with its contributions of "Like to Play with Happiness! Enjoy the Playing!".
